Dinacharya Workshop:

Please join me for a hands-on Ayurveda workshop on the importance of Dinacharya.  Dinacharya, or daily routine, helps to establish balance for all three doshas of vata, pitta, and kapha. We will learn some of basic Ayurveda practices for establishing routine such as oil pulling, nasya, neti pot, abhyanga oil massage, chewing sesame seeds, sprinkling water on the face and saying a blessing upon waking to start the day with ritual and end the evening with an established and regular routine.
