Mindful Leadership Development
We provide mindful leadership development programming for businesses, non-profits, and other organizations. Mindful leadership training focuses on bolstering the leadership strengths of individuals and their organizations while teaching practical mindfulness tools. These include staying in the present moment, remaining calm under pressure, enhancing self-regulation, and tapping into compassion for others. Mindfulness not only enhances our ability to reduce stress, but also to become aware of the thoughts, emotions, and sensations occurring in our experience. Leaders come away with an enhanced sense of well-being, perspective, empathy for others, and practical tools for staying mindful during work. Such practical tools include breath meditation, mindful walking/sitting/eating exercises, mindful pausing, and exercises to enhance awareness of the emotions and thought patterns of those surrounding us.

Mindfulness consultation for individuals focuses on integrating mindfulness practices into daily life. Beginning with an initial assessment, we will develop a uniquely tailored plan to help you develop a daily mindfulness practice. We will explore a variety of mindfulness practices that may suit your individual needs as well as discover contemplative resources that meet your interests.
